Uistiti UiKit Gem

I build a set of ready to use ViewComponent components that relies on Rails 7 asset pipeline and importmap. The CSS is there, the javascript is there for stimulus, there is all you need to start shipping an MVP, no npm, almost no configuration needed.
I also released a VSCODE extension for the code experience to be streamlined. It holds snippets for all Component of the library.

There is still a lot of work to do, the css is poor but i wanted to validate that it was possible to use css and stimulus controller from a rails engine without npm. I was alone so i was not able to deliver a fully finished solution 💔
