Teams are not getting together to learn how to work better together. This is because there aren't great resources & tools to know how to manage a retrospective.
RocketRetro aims to give your team the structure needed to make improvements a part of the culture.

A personal note:
I've been running retros at work and feel like our team gets better & happier every 2 weeks because of it! Hope this project has wings :P
